The proposed transmission project is not a project of Quantum Loophole – it was initiated by PJM, the regional grid organization for 13 states including Maryland, and awarded to PSEG. Like many others, Quantum Loophole is still learning about the project. The utility that is set to supply Quantum Frederick is Potomac Edison/First Energy. To highlight the above, If the PSEG line were not built, it would have no impact on QL’s planned capacity in Frederick.
